Community Service
Community service is an important part of the MercuryGate culture. Employees get directly involved through the company's "Give Back" program which allows an annual donation to a charity of their choice.
In addition to monetary gifts, MercuryGate employees support their communities by volunteering their time and talents. In 2011, at a company outing in New Orleans, the entire MercuryGate staff spent a day helping to clean up and repair a recreation center that was badly damaged in Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The company and its customers will continue the work in the fall of 2012 during the Annual User Conference in New Orleans.
