Ace Project is a task management tool that allows you to create and manage issues as well as requested enhancements for the MercuryGate system.
Ace Project allows you access to your specific company’s current and historical tasks. These tasks can include any specific development taking place on your behalf to resolving issues within the TMS. You can view current or completed tasks by utilizing the search tool within Ace.
In addition, Ace Project gives you access to the TMS Public Document project, which holds TMS documentation for your use. Documentation that you will find ranges from help on how to Add a Carrier into the system to how to configure the TMS rating behavior. Release notes can also be found explaining new features that have been added to the system.
