Towne Network Solutions is a transportation management company that provides trucking in the United States and Canada for international airlines and international freight forwarders. Towne Network Solutions selected MercuryGate's Internet-based transportation management system to assist them in servicing their customers with shipment tracking, pickup tracking, pickup requests, rate quotes, transit times, service points, and an LTL rating program.

With the transportation expense skyrocketing we were looking at ways to significantly reduce our operating costs and maintain our profit margins.
